3R60 Knee Joint

A lower weight and progressive stance phase damping differentiate the 3R60 knee joint. The user benefits from smooth motion sequences that make the gait pattern appear virtually natural – even under a load. What’s more, the knee joint dampens forces acting on the residual limb, pelvis and spine during heel strike.

• The joint has a movable pyramid adapter (10 mm in the a/p direction) for alignment optimisation and correction as well as adaptation to hip flexion contractures.
• Thanks to progressive stance phase damping, including in the flexion direction, the 3R60 supports the user in a wide variety of everyday activities.
• The construction of the joint permits a very large flexion angle of 175°.
